WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

We offer both domestic and international shipping. We use a number of different shipping carriers including Australia Post, Couriers Please and StarTrack, depending on the items being sent and the destination it is heading to.

HOW LONG WILL MY PURCHASE TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders are packaged tout suite and dispatched within 2-3 business days, however there may be delays if a product is made-to-order. If there is an expected delay of longer than 5 business days before dispatch, you will be notified by email. Domestic delivery within Australia can typically take between 3-7 business days, international delivery can vary depending on the destination.

WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER URGENTLY?

Please let us know if you require a super urgent delivery. We can’t guarantee a fixed date of arrival as postal delays are out of our control, however we will do our very best to accommodate your request where possible.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE YOUR PRODUCTS?

For prints that are A3 size or below we post them flat, in strong cardboard mailers. For prints larger than A3 we usually send them rolled up inside a postal tube providing this won’t compromise the quality of the product. Original artwork may be handled differently depending on the size, whether it has been framed and the nature of the mediums used.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

In the rare occasion your parcel arrives a little worse for wear, please contact us as soon as possible. Please retain all original damaged packaging materials and we will assist you.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS DELAYED OR GOES ASTRAY?

We’re super careful with how we package our orders, and aim to send them as swiftly as possible. However, once the parcel is off our shores it’s in the hands of the destination country’s postal service. If you experience any delays with your parcel, the best thing to do would be to lodge an inquiry with your local postal service. If your parcel has been missing for more than 30 business days, we are happy to lodge an inquiry with the postal service in Australia.
